Your travel data stays with you
Tracker UK180 runs entirely on your own device. The dates, countries and notes you enter are stored only in your spreadsheet file or in your browser. They are never sent to us and we cannot see them.
What we do collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, payment is handled by the platform you buy from (for example Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, Payhip or Etsy), which acts as the seller or reseller and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, country and order details so that we can deliver the product, provide support and keep tax and accounting records.
- Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep the message and our reply to help you.
- Website logs. This website is hosted by Vercel, which records technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To deliver what you bought and support you (performance of a contract), to keep financial records we are required to keep (legal obligation), and to keep this website secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: the sales platform you bought from, our website host (Vercel) and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Support emails are kept for up to two years after the conversation ends.
Your rights
