Licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Tracker UK180 for your own record keeping and for members of your household, on any number of your own devices. Not legal or immigration advice

Tracker UK180 is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It is not legal or immigration advice, is not provided by or affiliated with the Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration, and does not guarantee that any application will succeed. Immigration rules differ by route and change over time, and some absences may be treated differently by the Home Office. You are responsible for checking the current official guidance or obtaining advice from a regulated immigration adviser before relying on any result.

Delivery and cancellation

The files are available to download immediately after payment. Because this is digital content supplied straight away, by completing your purchase and starting the download you agree that the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies once the download has begun.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with Tracker UK180. If the files do not work as described, email within 14 days of purchase. We will try to fix the problem, and if we can't, we will refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability

We take care to make Tracker UK180 accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions made using it, including immigration outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
